By browsing the Redvisus website, registering a customer account or submitting purchase orders, you confirm you have reached the age of 18 and hold full legal capacity to enter binding commercial purchase contracts under Australian federal and Tasmanian state civil laws. Minors may only access and shop on our website with formal written consent issued by their legal guardians.

You bear full sole legal responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your account login username and password credentials. Immediately notify our official support phone or service email if you detect any unauthorised login activity under your customer account. All orders placed using your account credentials are your exclusive legal liability.

All product prices displayed across the website are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). All listed prices include applicable Australian GST where required by law. Separate shipping delivery fees will be clearly calculated and fully displayed on the final checkout page without hidden surcharges, undisclosed service fees or unadvertised extra costs. Redvisus reserves the legal right to correct obvious technical pricing typos and fully cancel abnormal orders generated by manifest price display errors, in line with Australian Consumer Law advertising regulations.

All Redvisus trademarks, brand logos, product photography, written product descriptions and original design artwork are protected under the Australian Copyright Act and federal trademark statutes. Unauthorised copying, commercial reproduction, resale or modified derivative usage of our original creative materials is strictly prohibited.

Subject to mandatory non-excludable Australian Consumer Law legal provisions, Redvisus shall not be held accountable for indirect consequential losses, incidental financial damages caused by third-party courier delivery delays, extreme natural weather disasters or independent third-party payment system operational failures. The maximum total compensation limit for any single order dispute shall not exceed the full AUD monetary amount you paid for that specific order.

For all consumer customers located within Australian territory, all transaction disputes shall be governed exclusively by the consumer protection laws of the State of Tasmania. Consumers may submit out-of-court mediation requests through official Tasmanian consumer dispute resolution boards before initiating formal legal litigation.

We reserve the permanent unilateral right to restrict, suspend or fully terminate customer accounts involved in payment fraud, repeated unfounded chargeback disputes, continuous policy violation behaviour or abusive hostile communication directed toward our customer service staff.
